Mark, I do not have one , but I am forwarding your email to the vintage Saab groups. Perhaps one of the list members can supply one for you.
Anyone have a bezel for him? IIRC, they are smaller than the 96s, and are flat.

The same part was used on a lot of cars of that vintage, porsche 356 and vw bug and bus, and others....easy to source the parts new.
